Credits for Cleaning (C4C)

This software application, operated with partner Pierce Management Services, was recently developed for the Department of Health specifically as a best-practice solution to help dC4Comestic services managers, matrons and ward managers plan, monitor and control cleaning operations, standards, productivity and expenditure in hospitals.

The system enables managers to:

  • Define and easily review functional area cleaning specifications
  • Identify what specifications can be afforded with given budgetary limits
  • Reflect the new national minimum cleaning standards
  • Ensure that all cleaning services are properly deployed
  • Easily manage work schedules with fine-tuning by the Hospital matron or department head
  • Manage service level agreements
  • Produce detailed management reports

Eclipse-fm®

This is a comprehensive and very flexible facilities information management system,Eclipse-fm provided in partnership with Asckey Data Services. Designed specifically for the NHS, the system is operated on a Windows platform with key functions that can also be operated via the Web.

The product offers modules covering all the following areas:

Hevacomp

Hevacomp

This is an industry-standard building design package which HFC has purchased on behalf of the NHS as a whole. It helps to map, assess and plan the use of energy in different parts of buildings. Another module helps in the monitoring of fuel emissions.

Monitor

This is an easy to use utilities management software application for organisations which Monitordo not have a dedicated energy manager but still require accurate bill and consumption monitoring facilities. Built and designed with input from NHS trusts, Monitor provides a quick and accurate way to manage utility costs and usage. Allied products are WasteMon and TeleMon, which specifically help with clinical waste and telephone call management monitoring.
