Benchmarking Service

For many years HFC has run a facility that enables members to exchange and compare their own strategic and operational performance measures with those of other similar organisations.

HFC acts as an honest broker, collecting data from each contributor, assembling an overall ’benchmarking’ report and then passing the overall data onto club members for them to learn about their relative performance.

The club has also commissioned a range of guides and assessment tools to assist members in applying the benchmarked data supplied.
